Mia: Visual Biography
This project paired me up with a partner and tasked me to make a poster that visualized their life. Starting with a fun interview, Mia, Sissi, and I got to know each other very well.
Using what I knew about Mia, I formed two posters that represented her: one with connotative data, and one with denotative data. Her connotative poster was full of things that represented how she felt and how I perceived her, and her denotative poster was about concrete facts from her life.
Using these two posters, I began to create one final, large poster that encapusalted Mia. I explored many different techniques and styles, ultimately leading me to my final poster design that is clean, bubbly, and bright.
